About Emergency Property Care

Our Story

Emergency Property Care provides specialist cleaning for some of the most difficult situations a property owner, family member, or housing professional can face. Our work covers after death cleaning, biohazard decontamination, trauma cleaning, and the specialist cleaning required following the discovery of an unattended death. We operate across England, Scotland and Wales, attending wherever we are needed.

We set up to fill a genuine gap. When a death occurs at home, or when a property is affected by a serious incident, families and professionals are often left to figure out the next step on their own. Standard cleaning companies are not equipped for this work, and finding a specialist at short notice — while dealing with everything else — is genuinely hard. Emergency Property Care exists to make that part easier. We attend promptly, work thoroughly, and leave the property in a condition that allows the people involved to move forward. Every job is handled with discretion and respect, and we are available around the clock because these situations do not happen on a schedule.
